 Megh Martinez

Megh Martinez

Megh Martinez is a CrossFit Level 2 Coach residing in Knoxville, Tennessee where her husband Sean is stationed. When asked about her family, Meg notes that Sean understands, accepts, teaches, and, most importantly, laughs with with her. Meg is mother to four little humans who she says know her flaws better than anybody, and still love her fully.

Meg loves to explore and she enjoys finding new ways to create, and move. In addition to being a certified BIRTHFIT coach, she has received training in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) for weightlifting. She chose to be a BIRTHFIT Coach because she believes the motherhood transition, as well as women themselves, deserves to be truly honored. BIRTHFIT grasps the larger picture and understands how empowering these women shapes the way our communities and future generations evolve. Meg believes in the BIRTHIT vision and trusts it is capable of changing the way we value birth.

"I want to be a part of that change and help women own it in their daily lives."

You can find her coaching at South Landing CrossFit in Knoxville.
