Our pre/postnatal classes are designed for all women in the motherhood transition. We focus on functional movements and reinforcing proper breathing and core utilization to keep you feeling strong throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
Our group fitness classes are held at CrossFit WilCo Saturday mornings at 11:30. These classes are appropriate for both pregnant and postpartum mamas who have been cleared for physical activity by their healthcare provider. Previous participation in our Postpartum Series, or Basics Consultation is recommended but not required.
